Ken was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our experience great. He anticipated needs without being intrusive, explained menu items clearly, and kept everything moving seamlessly. Service like this elevates the entire restaurant. Ken is a clear asset to Bomsai, and we will absolutely ask for him again.
I ordered the Crazy Coco and it was super sweet but our sever took the time to change it for me which was appreciated. The 2 appetizers were great. We had the edamame and the Toston Crab. My husband had the Seafood Caldereta, which was 10/10! I have to make a parenthesis here: we found a closed mussel in his dish which is usually a big no, and we brought it to the attention just to let the team know and they decided to remove from the bill the Crazy Coco drink which really wasn’t necessary but still appreciated! I had the Tokyo Roll which was 8/10. We will def come back! Our server was Genesis and she was great! We came with the idea that this place was just Japanese but there is definitely a fusion and a leaning toward Peruvian although not Peruvian. We also didn’t see their website/menu so there is that. Stopped by to look into the place and try their Happy Hour. After a little confusion with the Happy Hour, Keila was very helpful and decided to stay. What I ate was very good and the $2 Prosecco was a great price. Their Miami Spice menu looks fantastic so I will definitely be back to try that!! Thanks Keila for all the suggestions. My only recommendation please have a more specific menu for Happy Hour to know what you want to order instead of the server telling every dish!!
